Our Building Process allows our clients to enjoy the experience of building or remodeling their new home.
- Designing and planning, we offer design/build services should you need a plan designed or modified.
- Purchase contract, we can handle all of the Purchase and/or Contract details and administration. Design Builders llc can administer all the documentation required to comply with title company's and lenders when financing is involved with the build.
- Budget Estimates, when the building plans are approximately 100% completed, we will request bids from our trade contractors and suppliers and then prepare a budget estimate. A budget estimate consists of a construction cost break - down with allowances that will be in our written offer to build or remodel contract. This budget can be used to build or remodel the home in a Percentage-over-cost basis OR a Fixed-cost to build.
- Design Builders llc assists our building or remodeling clients with product selections and designs throughout the project, from exterior color and material choices to interior furnishings and materials. Design Builders llc accounts for particular needs of building clients and accommodates those needs in the newly created space/s.
- Builder and client meetings are held throughout the building process to allow for good communications, accommodate any changes, and make simple suggestions to allow for a better home plan. We want you to be involved and enjoy the building process.
- Design Builders llc provides a one-year Builder Warranty and Building Clients have the option to purchase an additional four-year building warranty.
